Interactive QR Codes

More than a link—an integrated access point for product support, customer interaction, and digital engagement.

These fused QR codes create a permanent, scannable bridge between your product and the digital world. Use them for technical documentation, maintenance logs, traceability, and field support—or connect customers to registration portals, digital warranties, installation videos, surveys, or marketing campaigns.

Ideal for: reusable packaging, industrial equipment, automotive parts, seating systems, branded consumer assets—and more.

Authentication Taggant

Invisible protection, built-in trust.

Authentication taggants act like a digital fingerprint—engineered into the label to secure and validate products. Options include overt or covert designs or scannable ID. Supports anti-counterfeit programs, warranty control, and brand protection.

Ideal for: defense goods, medical products, industrial OEM parts, serialized reusable packaging, and regulated equipment—and more.

Thermochromic

Color-shifting indicators for temperature-critical products.

Thermochromic labels change color in response to heat or cold, with options for reversible or irreversible reactions and a wide range of temperature thresholds and color shifts. These enhancements are ideal for monitoring temperature-sensitive equipment, containers, or components—from organ transport and battery enclosures to fluid reservoirs and safety gear.

Note: Not recommended for use in direct sunlight or extended UV exposure, as it can degrade the effect. Best suited for indoor environments or shaded outdoor applications.

Ideal for: medical shipping, industrial components, climate-controlled packaging, food-safe equipment—and more.

Photochromatic (In Development)

UV-responsive visuals for environmental interaction.

Changes color upon UV or sunlight exposure. Used for interactive visual appeal, sun-exposure tracking, or wear/aging indicators on outdoor products. Also adds a dynamic branding layer that engages users in sunlight.

Ideal for: marine components, children’s furniture, dashboards, or outdoor promotional items—and more.

Hydrochromatic (In Development)

Water-reactive visuals for function or interaction.

Color shifts when exposed to water or moisture, making it ideal for detecting leaks, moisture ingress, or water exposure. Also used for creative, water-activated branding or messaging.

Ideal for: irrigation systems, sealed containers, hygiene products, premium outdoor gear—and more.

RetroReflective

Improved low-light visibility for non-regulated applications.

This enhancement reflects light back toward its source to increase visibility in dim or nighttime conditions. While it offers functional retroreflectivity, it is not rated for regulated safety-critical applications. It’s ideal for general-use products where increased visibility adds value—without the need for certified reflectivity levels.

Ideal for: cement bollard covers, buoys, recreational vehicles, kayaks, off-road equipment, road barriers, spineboards, and reusable industrial assets—and more.

UV Detectable

Secure validation, invisible to the untrained eye.

These labels include markings visible only under ultraviolet light, enabling covert authentication, part verification, and theft deterrence. Whether overt or hidden, they help brands and manufacturers ensure integrity across the supply chain.

Ideal for: OEM parts, medical products, child safety items, or serialized equipment—and more.

Photoluminescent

Light-absorbing glow for safety and navigation—without power.

Charges under ambient light and glows in darkness, providing vital visibility for egress paths, emergency equipment, tools, or controls. Also adds an intuitive safety layer for users in low-light environments.

Ideal for: emergency kits, safety signage, indoor industrial gear, rescue equipment, or public infrastructure—and more.

Metallics

Permanent branding with industrial-grade appeal.

Fuses robust, metallic finishes directly into the product for premium identification that withstands abrasion, chemicals, and wear. Elevates product perception while meeting functional durability requirements.

Ideal for: marine products, power tools, automotive, public seating, reusable commercial goods—and more.

Prismatics

Reflective sparkle that lasts through heavy use.

Creates a shimmering, glitter-like effect fused into the product surface—offering both visual impact and high resistance to wear. Can be used for child-friendly visuals, brand identity, or specialty equipment that needs to stand out.

Ideal for: children’s products, recreational products, premium branding assets, or event-focused products—and more.

Chameleon / Iridescent

Dynamic, high-end finishes that shift with perspective.

Color-changing visual effects fuse directly into the label surface and shift based on light and angle—drawing attention and signaling quality. Helps products visually separate themselves from competitors.

Ideal for: powersports, tech accessories, branded outdoor goods, luxury industrial designs—and more.

Pearlescent

Elegant shimmer with long-lasting durability.

A soft, iridescent effect fused into the label that reflects sophistication. Ideal for premium equipment or environments where clean, high-end branding reinforces quality.

Ideal for: medical containers, seating, branding programs—and more.

Fluorescent

High-visibility pigments that pop under pressure—and blacklight.

These bright, dayglo pigments are highly visible in standard lighting conditions and fluoresce under blacklight, making them ideal for event-driven visibility, color coding, or special promotions. While vibrant and attention-grabbing, they are susceptible to fading with prolonged sunlight exposure, so best suited for indoor or controlled-use environments.

Ideal for: warehouse labeling, safety identification, promotional products, indoor exhibitions, or regulated waste stream sorting—and more.

Anti-Microbial (Label Only)

Inherently hygienic—and optionally enhanced for added protection.

Polymer Fusion Labels are already naturally hygienic, with no adhesives, films, or layered materials that can harbor bacteria or microbes. For environments requiring even greater microbial resistance, we offer optional enhancement with BioCote® technology, which inhibits bacterial growth directly on the label surface.

Ideal for: reusable medical containers, public infrastructure, food-safe equipment, or hygiene-sensitive products—and more.

Anti-Skid

Targeted traction where slippery plastic fails.

This enhancement adds a slip-resistant texture directly to the label surface itself—not the product—making it ideal for strategic grip points on otherwise smooth polyolefin plastics. Whether used on steps, platforms, handles, or equipment surfaces, it provides functional traction exactly where it’s needed most, without altering the base product design.

Ideal for: equipment steps, cooler handles, medical container lids, child product foot areas, and more.
